Police seek help identifying suspects in armed robbery of CVS

The Montgomery County Police Department release surveillance photos of two suspects in an armed robbery and is asking the public’s help to identify them. According to a press release, the incident happened about 9:45 p.m. Aug. 8 at the CVS/Pharmacy located at 9520 Georgia Ave. in the strip center that formerly included a Staples store that’s now being converted to an ALDI grocery store. County to offer physical parking permits to residents

County residents whose neighborhoods opted into the permit parking system will once again be able to get physical parking permits for registered vehicles. The permit program, which is more than 40 years old, was created to reduce the effects on neighborhood streets from some public facilities, land uses and adjacent commercial districts.
