J. Holllinger’s to Host “Blues & Bites” Sunday Supper With Blues Musician Toby Walker

J. Hollinger’s Waterman’s Chophouse in downtown Silver Spring will host a “Blues & Bites” Sunday Supper with blues musician and storyteller Toby Walker.

Sunday’s dinner and show will begin at 6 p.m., with seating beginning at 5 p.m.

A renowned fingerstyle guitar virtuoso and songwriter, Toby Walker has entertained audiences throughout the US, United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe. Incorporating blues, ragtime, country, bluegrass, old-time jazz, and rock styles, Walker has developed his own style and won numerous awards, including 1st place in the International Blues Challenge Award in Memphis, and the New York Music Award for best instrumental CD. He has been inducted into the New York Blues Hall of Fame.

For the dinner, there is a minimum of $40 food and beverage per person in addition to the $15 ticket price. J. Hollinger’s regular dinner menu will be offered a la carte, as well as a $32 two-course dinner and a $40 three-course dinner prix-fixe.
