Police Seeking Help Identifying Dollar Century Plus Burglar

Detectives from the county’s 3rd District Investigative Section are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect caught on surveillance video during a burglary at Dollar Century Plus store on Flower Ave. in Silver Spring on November 20.

In a news release, the MCPD stated that officers from the 3rd District responded to the 8700 block of Flower Ave. in Silver Spring for a report of a burglary at approximately 4:36 a.m. on November 20.

According to detectives, the suspect forced entry into the store, damaged two glass display cases, stole an undisclosed amount of merchandise, and fled the scene.

The detectives reviewed the surveillance cameras of the store and obtained video of the suspect.
