Adelson, aka Krazy Steve, talked this week about some of the issues that arose after taking over the space at 1909 Seminary Rd. that formerly housed Armand’s Chicago Pizzeria.

However, Don Pollo—Pollo al la Brasa, will open in the space formerly occupied by Noodles & Co., according to Bryan Ramos of Retail22, who brokered the lease agreement with the mall’s owner, GBT Realty.
The owner of a vape and hookah lounge in Montgomery Hills has applied for a liquor license and indicated her intent to convert the space into a sports bar, according to documents filed with the county Board of License Commissioners. Locavino’s grand opening celebration this weekend will feature wine tastings, special draft beers from local breweries and a full menu, according to co-owners Jarrod Jabre and Justin Wallace. For the grand opening, Locavino will be open Saturday 11 a.m.-11 p.m. and they expect to be open on Sunday from 11 a.m. past the normal 9 p.m. closing.
