The Body I’m In

An 8 week mind-body skills group of ~10 women who meet once a week to learn self-care tools and the science of mind-body medicine. It is an opportunity to get to know yourself better and to understand what happens in your body and mind under stress and trauma, as well as practice techniques for relaxation and healing. Throughout the process you will have the opportunity to share your story and learn from the stories of others.
