“PAPER OR PLASTIC?” Artwork Installed in Takoma Park Community Center

A large art installation with an environmental theme is now on display at the Takoma Park Community Center. The artwork by D.C. artist Jessica Beels was purchased by the City’s Arts and Humanities Division using public art funds.
