Mindfulness for Everyone: A 6-session Mindfulness Meditation Class

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 10, 2020
With practice, Mindfulness helps us develop concentration, cultivate inner stillness, calm our minds, and recognize and accept feelings and emotions. Intended for both new and experienced practitioners, the class will be facilitated by the Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center in the zen tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Please join us as we explore conscious breathing, sitting practice, walking meditation, and mindfulness in everyday life!
