Join us and learn how food choices and food preparation affect our emotions, health and the ethical impact on animals and the environment.
We all know the phrase you are what you eat but we usually just think of the physical effects of food on our health. Food influences our mental, spiritual and physical well-being, and the societies in which we live. Join us and learn how food choices and food preparation affect our emotions, integrity, health and the ethical impact on animals and the environment.
Program includes a discussion and vegan food sampling. Come learn and taste with us.
