JOIN US to connect, create and de-stress during COVID-19.
Led by professional teaching artist/licensed art therapist Sheila Berman, this class for adults is designed to engage both mind and body through artistic expression using art supplies commonly found around the house, including colored pencils, markers, magazines, newspapers, glue, pens, to create individual collage and drawing projects. Each class will also include breathing techniques and guided meditation.
