Art Journaling for Stress Reduction

It’s no secret – the holidays are stressful! Join us for an introduction to art journaling (or visual journaling), a useful tool in your self-care arsenal. Led by trained art therapist Sheila Berman, you will learn how to use paint, collage, and other materials to explore feelings, decrease stress and improve mood. Cost includes all materials. Workshop meets for 3 Wednesday sessions: December 5, 12, and 19.
