The aquatic centers will be open, while the recreation and senior centers, as well as administrative offices will close.

Montgomery Parks headquarters and permit offices will be closed, as will Meadowside Nature Center, Brookside Nature Center, Locust Grove Nature Center, and the Black Hill Visitor Center and nature programs. Park patrons should go to the website for operating hours for other park facilities.

All of the retail stores operated by Alcohol Beverage Services will operate on regular schedules.

Ride On and Ride On Flex will operate on a holiday schedule, while Metro and Metrobus riders should check for schedules.

The Silver Spring TRiPS Commuter Store will be open, though the TRiPS Mobile Commuter Store will be closed.

While the Shady Grove Processing Facility and Transfer Station will be open regular hours, all county trash and recycling pickups for Monday will be postponed until Tuesday, and other collections will be one day later than usual.
