The Takoma Park Police Department will mark National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 3 at Piney Branch Elementary School, 7510 Maple Ave., according to a community advisory. The event will run from 6–9 p.m. and feature McGruff the Crime Dog along with a display of police vehicles and Maryland National Park Police horses.
The Little Loft in Takoma Park will reopen and rebrand as The Loft Collective in its original location with a grand reopening planned for Aug. 29.
