The Takoma Park Recreation Department’s annual Easter egg hunt returns on Saturday, March 30th, at 10 a.m.

The event will be held at Ed Wilhelm Field, located behind Piney Branch Elementary School.

This free event, described as “always an egg-citing time!”, features egg hunt categories based on age:

  • Two years and younger
  • 3-4 years
  • 5-6 years
  • 7-8 years

Participants are encouraged to bring their baskets to collect the hidden eggs. Each age group will have one golden egg concealed among the others.

In addition to the egg hunt, the event will offer games, crafts, other fun activities, and a special appearance by Mr. Bunny.
