A Takoma Park man has been charged with malicious destruction of property and multiple hate crimes for vandalizing public libraries in Greenbelt and New Carrollton.
Takoma Park Police are investigating a strong-armed robbery and three auto vandalism incidents that occurred in the past week.
Detectives from the county’s 3rd District Patrol Investigative Unit are investigating two vandalisms that occurred on October 12 and 13 at Veterans Plaza in downtown Silver Spring. Police have released surveillance video of the two suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.
