Police: Three Suspects Involved in Robbery Inside Wheaton Target

Montgomery County Police are currently investigating a strong-arm robbery that took place on February 21 at the Westfield Wheaton Shopping Center in the 11100 block of Veirs Mill Road.

According to an MCPD news release, the preliminary investigation revealed that an adult male victim was targeted inside Target by three unidentified suspects who demanded his personal belongings. Upon the victim’s refusal to comply with their demands, the suspects forcefully seized the property and departed the scene.

The primary suspect is described as a Black male, aged between 14 and 20 years, wearing a black mask, a black jacket with red lining, gray sweatpants, and gray shows. The second suspect, of unknown race, was seen wearing a black mask, a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes. Lastly, the third suspect, identified as a Hispanic male with curly hair, wore a black hooded sweatshirt featuring the phrases “Never mind the spider, here’s the slime” in yellow text and “Pink” in pink, with black jeans and shoes.
