Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old Wilmer Crisostomo Cabrera, who has been missing since Dec. 4.
According to a press release from Montgomery County Police, Cabrera was last seen on Monday, December 4, 2023, at around 7 a.m. in the 8700 block of Carroll Ave. in Silver Spring. Cabrera is 4 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black and yellow jacket, ripped skinny blue jeans, blue, gray, and white Puma shoes, and a black face mask.
