Owner Wane Mendoza opened the gym in June, offering dynamic yoga, kickboxing, strength training, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) routines:
From Karate and KickBoxing to BJJ and Capoeira, I’ve taken as many martial arts classes as I could. When I decided to make martial arts training and yoga my priorities, I thought I needed to travel to many studios. It turns out I just needed to bring these styles of training together in one space. Now I’m sharing the things I’ve learned and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through in person and virtual fitness classes.
According to the website, unlimited in-person class memberships are available for $99 per month with a two-week free trial; virtual classes will be available in the near future.
