Detectives from the county’s 3rd District Investigations Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 85-year-old Mary Lee Overton from Silver Spring.
Overton was last seen at approximately 2 p.m. on April 26 in the vicinity of Hanover Street and Grace Church Road. She may be traveling to downtown Silver Spring or Friendship Heights, according to an MCPD news release.
Overton is approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall, has brown eyes and gray hair, and was last seen wearing a black jacket and brown pants.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mary Lee Overton is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
