Police: Silver Spring Teen Missing Since April 5

Detectives from the county’s Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old girl from Silver Spring.

Rackeal Thompson was last seen on Wednesday, April 5, in the 600 block of Winona Court in Silver Spring, according to MCPD. Thompson is approximately five feet, two inches tall, and weighs 110 pounds. She has short brown hair, brown eyes, a nose piercing, and a tattoo on her right forearm. Thompson was last seen wearing a gray sweatsuit, black shoes, and carrying a gray and black backpack.
