Flower Avenue Liquor Store Reopens After COVID Closure

The county’s Flower Avenue Liquor and Wine store has reopened, officials with Alcohol Beverage Services announced.

The store, located at 8706-B Flower Ave., was closed Jan. 20 after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

The need to quarantine employees caused staffing shortages, forcing the closure, officials said.

Since then, the store has gone through a deep cleaning and sanitation process, cleaning all surfaces and products and fogging with specialized machines.
