Bonjour Waffles opened for business at 7am today in Downtown Silver Spring.
We previously reported that Bonjour Waffles, a food truck featuring Belgian Waffles, Crepes and Liège Waffles, would be opening at 8600 Georgia Avenue, in the space vacated by Fajita Sub Factory. Due to incorrect information regarding the permitting process, owner Irene Kinyoki-Adjeb had to delay opening by a week.
Once the grand opening is over, she’ll operate Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. She plans to be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and until 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. A full menu can be downloaded here.
