Our special guest, BK Sister Sonia is a dedicated and practicing Raja Yogi for the past 16 years who blends her scientific background with her spiritual practice. Her dedication to teaching Raja Yoga meditation and leading workshops and retreats internationally reflects her commitment to helping others find inner peace and balance by deeper spiritual growth and connection.
