MoComCon 2022 Switches to All-Virtual Events Saturday

The sixth MoComCon, originally scheduled as a hybrid of in-person and virtual events, will now be all virtual events due to the increase in COVID–19 cases and the Omicron variant, county officials announced.

The free celebration of all things comics, graphic novels and fandom will be held Saturday, Jan. 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The schedule includes:

  • Super Hero Storytime, 10:30–11 a.m.
  • Craft Demos, 11–11:45 a.m.
  • Toy Design: From Screen to Shelf with Jen Tan, noon–1 p.m.
  • Gaming Trivia, 1:15–2:15 p.m.
  • Board Games: The Creative Process, 2:30–3:30 p.m., and
  • Art Contest Slideshow, 3:45–4 p.m.
