Fenton Street Market kicks off 2017 season Sunday

The Fenton Street Market will kick off its 2017 season in conjunction with Taste the World in Fenton Village event this Sunday from 1-5 p.m.

The market will feature more than 20 vendors whose wares include bath and body products, books and paper goods, clothing and accessories, cultural imports, fine art photography, home goods, jewelry, items for kids and prepared foods.

Booths will be set up along Georgia Avenue between Sligo and Silver Spring avenues.

Taste The World in Fenton Village bills itself as “the largest restaurant crawl in the DC area.” More than 30 restaurants representing dozens of countries from five different continents will be participating, offering tastes at prices from $2-$5.
