El Sapo has made the list twice in the 15 months since it opened, which Urban Butcher has been listed six times in row, according to Raynold Mendizábal, chef/owner of both establishments.
Mendizábal termed the news “positive and uplifting for our community” in a message to the Source.
The full list is published in the February issue of the magazine, now on newsstands, but is not yet online.
