Pho Hiep Hoa Closes in Downtown Silver Spring

Pho Hiep Hoa, the Vietnamese restaurant on the second level at 921 Ellsworth Dr., has closed, according to The Peterson Cos.

The restaurant, one of the original outlets in the Downtown Silver Spring development, ceased operations at the beginning of March.

“Their lease was up and they decided not to renew,” said Laurie Yankowski, Peterson’s regional director, marketing, in an email to the Source. “This decision was not related to coronavirus.”

The 3,930 square foot space is now available for lease.
