After being featured in Washingtonian Magazine, the owners of Cielo Rojo have announced a fall opening target for San Pancho, a new Takoma Park restaurant concept that will serve tortas and Mission-style burritos.
The Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation, with the help of U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-8th District), will receive $300,000 in federal funds to support economic development in downtown Silver Spring, the organization announced.
The Takoma Junction property at 7221 Carroll Ave. that is home to Takoma Auto Clinic is being offered for sale. The $1.6 million listing price includes the 1,500 square foot building and the lot, about .13 acres.
