The second Dunkin’ location in downtown Silver Spring is now open on the ground floor of the Central Apartments building at 8455 Fenton Street.
The store is operated by Silver Spring-based franchisee Luis Group Management and is equipped with the chain’s Dunkin’ On Tap system for dispensing select cold beverages, including nitro cold brew and other iced coffees and teas.
In addition to the new downtown Silver Spring location, Luis Group operates over 35 Dunkin’ locations in the region, including those in White Oak and Four Corners.
The new store is located next to the Maryland Purple Line construction that has closed the intersection of Fenton Street and Wayne Avenue throughout the summer to install light rail tracks, reconstruct sidewalks, and complete work on stormwater drainage and utility crossings.
