Montgomery County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teen who was last seen on May 20.
“Carlos Manuel Castro-Perez, age 14, was last seen on Friday, May 20, 2022, at approximately 5 a.m., in the 2300 block of Blueridge Ave.,” MCPD said in a news release. “Castro-Perez is approximately 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gold necklace, a dark grey t-shirt, light blue jeans and white and blue Nike sneakers. He was also seen carrying a black and grey backpack.
“Police and family are concerned for his welfare. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Carlos Manuel Castro-Perez is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at (240) 773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.”
