UPDATED: Concern for Missing Silver Spring Man

UPDATE 3/22/2022 6:06 a.m. — Montgomery County Police tweeted that Osman Hussam Osman was found deceased in Laurel, Maryland. The Laurel Police Department is investigating this death, and foul play is not suspected.

Detectives from the county’s 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 22-year-old man from Silver Spring.

“Osman Hussam Osman was last seen on March 10, at approximately 10 p.m., in the 2800 block of Mozart Drive,” reads an MCPD news release. “Osman is approximately 6-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He has short black hair, a long black beard, brown eyes and wears glasses.

“Police and family are concerned for his welfare. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Osman Hussam Osman is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).”
