The Art of Letting Go
March 14 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pmFree
To welcome the new, we need to let go of what no longer serves us and what may still be in our way. As we move into a new decade, this new time creates an opportunity for renewal, a renewal of who we are, what we want to create and what wants to manifest.
This session will help you let go of what may be holding you back and give you a new technique for letting go that you can take into the next year and decade for creating more of what really serves you. This technique called the FFORR YOU technique, is a type of release technique that will support you moving forward in all areas of your life by letting go of what holds you back. We will discuss:
• Why letting go is important;
• How wanting actually gets in your way;
• How to let go and create; and
• What gets in your way and how to move beyond it.
