Join Alisha Lineswala (RYT-200) for 6 weeks of prenatal yoga. Expecting moms will learn how to listen to their inner wisdom and prepare their bodies for childbirth. During this series, we will practice yoga poses that strengthen the pelvic floor and invite opening and softening for delivery. Students will also learn breathing and meditation techniques to encourage strength and concentration. Prenatal yoga provides a supportive and peaceful environment for every student to explore her body’s needs. It is an excellent way to meet other mothers and build community. No prior yoga experience is required. Join us today!
