Boot Camp Skills for Executive Functioning: Staying organized in Middle and High School: Online and In Person
Time management, organization, and task initiation are all part of Executive Function Skills ~ and along with other related study strategies are vital to success academically and in daily life. For many students, distance learning, a hybrid model, or in-person learning during the pandemic has further taxed these skills. This presentation is geared towards helping parents and caregivers help their children and adolescents to enhance their executive function skills to thrive in life during the continued pandemic and beyond.
Carey Heller, Psy.D. Dr. Heller is a licensed psychologist and founding partner at The Heller Psychology Group, LLC in Bethesda, Maryland.
