*ONLINE* Painting for Kids: Portraits

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until March 4, 2021
Portraiture is where it’s at in this class for beginner to intermediate level artists. Working with teaching artist Jose Piedra, learn about proper proportions, value, textures and more! Whether you’re a first time artist or you just want a refresher this class will teach you the basics needed to create a portrait.
Materials:
Pencil
Pencil Sharpener
Eraser
Thick Bristol/mixed media Paper
Brushes
Tempera or Acrylic Paint (red, blue, yellow, black, & white)
