MAGEVET: Yale’s Premier A Cappella Group

Come hear Magevet, one of the nation’s premiere Jewish a cappella groups. This 17-person, co-ed ensemble of Yale undergraduates sings a diverse repertoire that includes liturgical music, Israeli classics and modern Israeli pop – in eight different languages with music ranging from Israel to India to Uganda.

You don’t have to wait until Sunday to hear Magevet! They will join with TI voices to enhance Shabbat services on January 6 & 7. (If you don’t want to wait even that long, here is a recording of Magevet singing Yerushalayim Shel Zahav.)

Concert attendance is complimentary for TI members and only $5 per person for visitors.
