How to Check & Change Our Thoughts

Self-Awareness is about watching our thoughts. As creators of around 50,000 thoughts per day, we need to regularly evaluate their quality. Positive thoughts are pure and Negative thoughts are of ego, anger, greed, hatred or fear.
Necessary thoughts are neutral, relating to actions needed. Wasteful thoughts are about past or future, not in our control.
