  • There are lots of ways to preserve your precious foods, so they stay tasty. In the process, we also ensure we’re not wasting our money when we throw out food we bought, and we’re not contributing to food waste. But how do some of these methods work? Learn a variety of preservation methods from Food Recovery Network’s executive director Regina Anderson and why to use them, such as canning, freezing, pickling, and dehydration.
