Awareness through Movement classes

Awareness through Movement® classes offer a holistic approach to health and healing. During class you are guided through a series of deceptively simple exercises, which have a profound effect on your posture, breathing, and ease of movement. We’ll explore a range of exercises that will help with common issues or limitations, from neck or lower back pain to lengthening the spine, easier sitting, turning, reaching, or bending—things we do in everyday life and can do with greater ease. These classes are especially beneficial for anyone experiencing fatigue, pain, or restriction of movement.
