An event every week that begins at 11:45 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until August 22, 2019
This class is designed to build strength and flexibility through low impact aerobic exercise. For men and women who experience joint stiffness, improving muscle tone and endurance, and to aid in recovery and relieve pain from injuries or surgery.
Exercises include: full body movement, focus on core muscles, and stretching to increase flexibility. Movement to music to improves balance, coordination and relaxation.
Water exercise is beneficial for maintaining good health and can provide the proper resistance needed to recover and heal. Music, deep breathing and guided imagery is used to reduce stress and provide relief from pain. The fun and friendly atmosphere of class encourages socialization.
