Art & Mindfulness: Collage

Take some time for self-care! This monthly workshop series will focus on the process of creating art to practice mindfulness — the process of being fully present. Each month’s workshop will encourage you to tune in to your senses and cultivate awareness by focusing the experience of making art, rather than on a finished product.
For our February workshop, each student will create two collages. Explore the process of layering with tissue paper to create an abstract collage, followed by a mixed media collage based on something that inspires you! Cost includes all materials. Experience level: All
