6-Week Chair Yoga Series

According to the World Health Organization, physical inactivity is the fourth leading risk factor for death in people around the world. Healthy eating and exercise can assist with preventing disease, injury, and keeping your physical body in good shape. Meditation and brain training exercises can keep your mind sharp.
Chair Yoga is the most accessible form of yoga because it can be done anywhere, and is easy enough for all levels. It is good for anyone, seniors and the physically challenged. Yoga helps with better balance and stability, improves flexibility and joint health, improves respiration, reduces blood pressure, reduces anxiety, and encourages mindfulness. Regine will infuse engaged chair exercises, infuse other healing modalities/techniques, and humor in a one hour class.
