Art Hop Festival Adds Wine Tastings, Specials to Annual Event

This year’s Art Hop Arts Fest in Takoma Park/Takoma comes with a twist: wine, according to an announcement by Main Street Takoma, the host organization. The 11th annual event this weekend (April 27-28) will include an Art and Wine Hub next to the Takoma Park Silver Spring Co-op on Ethan Allen Avenue. Visitors can buy a souvenir wine glass at the hub or at the Main Street Takoma Tent (corner of Carroll and Laurel avenues) and enjoy wine tastings or purchase wine specials at businesses participating in the festival. “Just for the Record-A Vinyl Day” Set for Saturday at Library

Fans of vinyl records can celebrate that music medium and all that surrounds the culture of LPs during the second annual “Just for the Record-A Vinyl Day” Saturday, April 27 at the Silver Spring Library.
