Pennyworth Thrift Shop will be open for two more shopping days before shutting down in preparation for an eventual move to the basement of Grace House on the grounds of Grace Episcopal Church at 1607 Grace Church Rd.
The shop at 949 Bonifant St. will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 and again on Saturday, Dec. 15.
Everything in the store will be sold for $1 on those two days.
On the final day of shopping, patrons can enjoy snacks and sparkling beverages from 1-4 p.m.
The shop hopes to reopen in its new location in the spring, according to board member Grace Shirey.
